Congratulations on your decision to enter the Transpac Race. Transpac is using Nautical Cloud as the entry management system to streamline the process of collecting all your race information and publicize the event to our global audience.

Before you get started, please see the steps below to simplify the entry process. The entry process will take 5-10 minutes. If this is your first time logging in, see below for steps to enter race. If you have already entered, please scroll to the bottom and proceed to the entry system.

As you go through the steps, note the * indicating required fields. Anything else can be skipped for now if you prefer or don’t have the information on hand.

Return to racing.transpacyc.com after entering to manage your entry through the whole registration process leading up to the race.

 

1. CREATE ACCOUNT

To create a new profile on the new Transpac Race entry system, you must create an account. This is separate from your Transpac Membership where you may have paid dues in the past.

Click "Create one now" on the Sign In page to get started.

  • Enter the email address you’d like to use to create an account and receive a verification code sent to your email.
  • Create a password
  • Complete all required fields including emergency contact info.
  • Skippers/Owners: Click the button for “I intend to manage boats, crew and race entries”
  • Opt in for email communications: Advised to receive info from Transpac about the race.
  • Click UPDATE button at bottom to save.
  • Agree to the waiver.

2. ADD A BOAT

  • Click My Boats
  • Click Add Boat
  • Enter the Sail # (format USA####)
  • If boat found click, Add. If not found, create, add boat
  • Enter all required fields related to your boat and click Update to save

3. ENTER THE RACE

  • Click Racing / Enter Races
  • If you skipped any required fields in previous steps, you’ll be prompted to complete them now before entering a race.
  • Once complete, Click Racing / Enter Races and see the 2025 Transpac Race
  • Click Enter Race button
  • Check the box next to your entry fee and click Checkout button
  • You’ll have option to pay entry fee and deposit, or just the required $250 entry deposit.
  • Complete payment and you’re registered!
